• Appointments: Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Payment at Booking: Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• Financing Options: Flexible financing options may be available through third-party providers such as Cherry and PayPal. Terms and conditions of these financing options are governed by the respective providers.

BodyVibes by Michele and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Clients use our services at their own risk.

• Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
• - Medications - Once medications have been ordered as part of your treatment plan.
• - Completed Services - Services that have been fully rendered or completed as per the agreed-upon plan.
